Vintage 1980's 3.75 Inch GI Joe Action Figure Repair O Ring Replacement How To Video

Whenever I purchase old vintage 3 3/4" GI Joe Action Figures, I have to replace the O-Ring on about 85% of them. This is a video on how I do it.
